Who it is for

Screening centers are efficient. The decisions around them are not.

A health checkup is the easiest medical trip to plan — but only if the right tests are chosen for your body, the results are explained in your language, and anything abnormal leads somewhere specific.

Tests chosen for you

We match the package to your age, history, family risks, and goals — not to a fixed menu. Over-testing wastes money; under-testing wastes the trip.

Understand everything

English reporting and a results session with an interpreter. You leave knowing what each finding means — not with a stack of Chinese printouts.

Act on the findings

Normal results become a documented baseline. Abnormal results are reviewed with the relevant specialist — often at the same hospital, sometimes the same week.

Screening is not a diagnosis. If you have current symptoms, tell us — we will route you to the right treatment pathway instead.

Our role

What we coordinate.

You choose the intent; the hospital performs the tests; we make the whole visit work in one language and one trip.

Before your visit

  • Package selection based on age, history, and goals
  • One- to two-day scheduling with preparation guidance
  • Translation of relevant prior medical records
  • Hotel near the health center and airport pickup

On the day — and after

  • Escort and interpretation through registration and testing
  • Sensible sequencing of examinations, so one day stays realistic
  • English-language results session with questions answered
  • Specialist follow-up coordinated for abnormal findings

Checkup centers usually issue a complete electronic report within days. Timing depends on the tests included; anything with pathology or advanced imaging can take longer.

What is inside

Typical programs.

Chinese hospitals offer a wide menu. These three archetypes cover most requests — the exact panel is confirmed in writing before you travel.

Core checkup

A solid annual baseline.

  • Blood panel — count, glucose, lipids, liver and kidney function
  • Thyroid function and urinalysis
  • ECG and blood pressure assessment
  • Chest imaging and abdominal ultrasound

Extended screening

For family history and after-40 planning.

  • Everything in the core program
  • Tumor marker panels — for example AFP, CEA, PSA, CA-125
  • Organ-specific ultrasound — thyroid, breast, or prostate
  • Pulmonary function and bone density

Focused investigation

Chosen where your history points.

  • Low-dose chest CT
  • Gastroscopy or colonoscopy
  • Cardiac stress evaluation or advanced cardiac imaging
  • MRI of a specific region

Package contents vary by hospital, age, and profile. We confirm the exact items and a written estimate before you commit. Fasting is usually required; we send preparation instructions with the booking.

The visit

How a checkup trip usually runs.

Most visitors fly in, complete the program, and fly home within a week. Here is the typical shape of it.

01
1–2 weeks before

Plan and book

You approve the program, hospital, dates, and written estimate. We book the center, arrange the hotel, and send preparation guidance — including fasting instructions.

02
Checkup day

One-stop examination

Morning fasting labs, then imaging and organ examinations in sequence. Leading centers run dedicated checkup zones, separated from outpatient traffic, where nearly every step happens on one floor or campus.

03
Results

Findings, in English

Standard panels can be reported the same or next day; full reports often follow within a few working days. We walk you through the findings with an interpreter and answer questions.

04
Before you fly

Act on anything abnormal

If something needs a closer look, we arrange specialist follow-up or further testing — often at the same hospital — and you leave with English documentation for your own doctor.

Where

Hospitals with dedicated checkup centers.

We work with hospitals in Beijing and Shanghai whose health management centers are built for volume, privacy, and one-stop service.

Honest boundaries. We assign the center after reviewing your profile and dates — availability decides the final booking. And screening never replaces urgent care: if you feel unwell, seek medical care locally first.
Practical questions

Before you book.

Can my spouse or parent do a checkup on the same trip?
Yes. We schedule family members back to back, at the same center where possible, and prepare packages appropriate to each person's age and history.
Will the report be in English?
Hospitals issue their reports in Chinese. Where a center provides English directly, you receive it. Otherwise we translate the key findings and walk you through everything in an English results session — and you leave with an English summary for your home physician.
How long should I plan to stay?
Most standard programs fit a two- to three-day stay. Programs with endoscopy or advanced imaging can require more days, and we confirm that before you book flights.
Do I need to fast?
Most blood-based panels do — typically eight to twelve hours. We send exact preparation instructions when scheduling, so there are no surprises on the morning.
Can this be combined with a treatment trip?
Often, yes — for example as a pre-surgical evaluation or as a baseline before a longer treatment pathway. Tell us the treatment context and we will plan both together.
Can I use my insurance?
Some international hospitals accept direct billing for selected plans; many checkups are straightforward self-pay. Either way we provide itemized invoices and documentation to support your claim. Confirm your policy's coverage before travel.
Ready when you are

Tell us your goals. We will plan the right checkup.

Share your age range, family history, and preferred dates. We will propose a program, a hospital, and a written estimate — before you commit to anything.

Even better: we will tell you if a checkup trip seems unnecessary.
